01Site operator
The operator of gotitlab.eu is Piotr Kędzierski, conducting business as Piotr Kędzierski Consulting, ul. św. Urszuli Ledóchowskiej 5F/5, 02‑972 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID: 5372054822, REGON: 146864581. GotIt Lab is a trading brand of the Operator. Contact: kontakt [at] gotitlab.eu.
02Nature and scope of the site
The site presents information about the Operator’s activity, consulting services and the Coord Control and War Room products. It allows free browsing, sending an enquiry through the form and moving on to a booking handled by Google Calendar. Using the site, sending the form or booking a meeting does not automatically conclude a paid contract.
03Services provided by electronic means
The Operator provides free access to content and handling of the contact form. The agreement on access to content is concluded for the duration of your visit and terminates when you leave the site. The form service ends once the enquiry has been passed to the Operator’s mail system. Booking is carried out in the external Google Calendar service on Google’s terms; the Operator does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability.
04Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, a current browser supporting HTTPS, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript and — for the form — an active e‑mail address. Blocking JavaScript or certain browser storage technologies may limit theme or language switching, cookie handling or interactions.
05Rules of use
You should use the site in accordance with the law and good practice. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- submitting unlawful content, content infringing third‑party rights or containing malicious code;
- automated flooding of the form, circumventing security limits or attempting unauthorised access;
- disrupting the site, scanning for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or impersonating another person.
06Contact form
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit. The form is intended for business contact, not for special categories of data, third‑party secrets or information requiring an agreed, elevated security channel. The Operator may leave spam, unlawful content or enquiries unrelated to the business without a reply.
07Content, products and no offer
Materials are informational and demonstrative. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice, an assurance of any system’s compliance, a guarantee of results, or an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, unless expressly stated otherwise. Scope, price, deadlines, liability and rights to deliverables are agreed separately.
08Intellectual property rights
Content, code, graphics, interactions, product names and the site layout may be legally protected. Using the site does not transfer any rights. Ordinary browsing and quotation within legal limits are permitted. Broader copying, distribution or commercial use requires prior consent of the rights holder, with respect for third‑party materials.
09Availability and liability
The Operator aims to keep the site working correctly and securely, but may temporarily limit access due to maintenance, updates, failures or security threats. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for decisions based solely on demonstrative content, nor for independent third‑party sites reached through links.
10Reports and complaints
Comments on how the site works may be sent to the Operator’s contact address, describing the problem, the date and the expected resolution. The Operator will reply without undue delay, as a rule within 14 days. This period does not apply to negotiating or performing separate B2B services.
11Personal data and cookies
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy & GDPR, and browser technologies in the Cookie policy.
12Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law, with respect for mandatory consumer rights. The current version is published on the site together with its date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of separate agreements concluded earlier.
